Clan Match Rules

Internal scrims & organized match night

These rules apply to official WU internal matches — organized scrims and clan match nights. Casual play on public servers follows Clan Rules. Everyone is expected to stay competitive, respectful, and focused once the match flow below begins.

Match time and server passwords (including pre-match and in-match passwords) are announced on our Telegram group — check there before every match night.

1. Leader & communication

  • At the start of the game, each team chooses one leader. The leader does not play — they lead from rest/spectator for the entire match
  • General chat (Y): must not be used. Nothing is written in all-chat during the match
  • Team chat (U): in-game communication is done only through team chat (U)

2. Team talk before start

  • Before the match begins, each team has a 2-minute team conversation (1 round) for leader selection and tactics
  • Stay at your spawn — do not distract opponents or your own team
  • If you break this rule, you may not be allowed to play in the next match

3. Game start

  • The match proper begins after 3 server restarts

4. Half change

  • The match is played in 2 halves
  • At the end of the 1st half, TR and CT sides switch

5. Winning condition

  • Each half is won by the first team to reach 15 round wins (team round score)
  • If the second half ends 1–1 on half wins, the overall match is a draw
  • The team that wins 2–0 on halves wins the match
Fair teams, clear comms on U only, no late joins after lock-in — so every round counts the same for both sides.

Server password & access

  • An initial server password is shared on Telegram before the match (e.g. lobby period)
  • A different password is issued once the game officially starts
  • Players who join after the match has started are not allowed into the server

Number of players

  • Before the match, teams must be equal — e.g. 4v4, 5v5, 6v6, as announced
  • 5v6 (or any uneven lineup) is not allowed

Disconnects during the match

  • A player who disconnects may rejoin using the new password shared for the live match
  • The game continues — the match is not stopped because of a disconnect
  • After the match has started, no substitute may replace a player who disconnected or left

Fair play & conduct

  • No cheats, exploits, or ghosting — same standards as Clan Rules
  • Match leaders and spectators do not coach through all-chat; comms stay on U for active players
  • Admin or organizer decisions on match night are final; discuss disputes calmly after the game if needed

Match schedule, map, and passwords are posted on Telegram — be there before lock-in.

Good luck, play clean, and enjoy the scrim.
